Booking Policy

A foglalkozásokon való részvételhez előzetes bejelentkezés szükséges az online foglalási rendszeren keresztül.

A foglalás leadásával a résztvevő elfogadja a foglalási feltételeket.

Foglalás szabályai:
• 1 fő = 1 gyermek + 1 kísérő felnőtt
• 2 fő akkor jelölendő, ha két gyermekkel érkezel, vagy egy másik anyukával és gyermekével együtt vesztek részt az órán.
(A foglalási rendszerben a létszám a gyermekek számát jelenti.)

Kérlek, csak olyan alkalomra foglalj helyet, amelyen részt is tudtok venni. Ha mégsem tudtok eljönni, a foglalást az online rendszerben kérlek időben mondjátok le, hogy a felszabaduló helyet más családok számára biztosítani tudjam.

Lemondási feltételek:
• Az óra kezdése előtt 3 órán belüli lemondás esetén a részvételi díj 50%-a fizetendő.
• 1 órán belüli lemondás, illetve meg nem jelenés esetén a teljes részvételi díj fizetendő, vagy bérlet esetén az alkalom levonásra kerül.

Fizetés:
A részvételi díj fizetése az óra elején történik:

• készpénzben,
• Revoluton,
• vagy helyszíni azonnali utalással

as the Data Controller, processing, storing, updating, and using my personal data provided during the appointment booking, along with the time of the booking and my IP address for the following purposes:

• Providing information about the availability of services and bookable time slots.
• Recording the selected service and time slot in the booking system and identifying and maintaining the booking.
• Providing information related to the chosen service and time slot.
• Recording history for future service use and facilitating administration based on previous services.

My consent applies exclusively to data processing related to the use of the online appointment booking system. I have read and accept the Data Controller's Privacy Policy. I agree that the data related to my bookings may be retained in the booking system for a maximum of three years from the date of my last booking.

I understand that I have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of my personal data, or to object to its processing. This consent can be withdrawn at any time; however, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out based on prior consent. In case of violation of my rights, I can file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

I accept that providing data is a prerequisite for using the service.

I acknowledge that the Data Controller uses the Onlinefoglalás.hu service, owned by Busbach Péter Bence (address: H-7130 Tolna, Határ u. 2., tax number: 49372571-1-37), as a data processor. The Onlinefoglalás.hu Privacy Policy is available on the https://onlinefoglalas.hu website, which I have read and accepted.
